phcast reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination. By creating a phcast account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phcast account. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. phcast employs automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phcast reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during phcast account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a current email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phcast bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcast login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your phcast login credentials with any third party. phcast strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You agree to notify phcast immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your phcast account. phcast is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
phcast may require you to undergo Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage of your account's lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual activity. Verification may require submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. phcast will hold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
phcast accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your phcast wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
phcast does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Where a third-party deposit is identified, phcast reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.
All funds deposited into your phcast account are held solely for the purpose of gaming on the phcast platform. phcast is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on deposited funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, and in all cases to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
phcast reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during active KYC review will be held until verification is completed. phcast is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
phcast offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
Wagering requirements must be fully completed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. phcast reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors is identified. Bonuses are issued to a single account per household, IP address, and device. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will result in account termination.
All games available on phcast are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. phcast uses independently audited Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all digital casino games. The theoretical return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game are published within the game information panel.
Technical malfunctions of any kind — including disconnections during a game round — are governed by phcast's malfunction policy. Where a malfunction occurs, phcast's determination of the game outcome shall be final. No claim shall be accepted on the basis of a purported win arising from a technical malfunction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phcast solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phcast content without express written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcast, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phcast platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.
phcast's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their phcast account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phcast makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phcast is not responsible for the reliability of internet connections used to access the platform.
phcast reserves the right to suspend or terminate any phcast account — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably believes a violation of these Terms has occurred or is suspected, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon termination for a violation, phcast may forfeit any bonus balances and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Any real-money balance not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file.
You may close your phcast account at any time by contacting phcast support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified real-money balance will be returned following completion of standard KYC verification.
phcast reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the phcast platform. Your continued use of phcast following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using phcast and may request voluntary account closure.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of phcast shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact phcast support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. phcast will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving formal written notification of the dispute.
